PVS Everything: Now on Twitter & Facebook!

To make your lives easier, we now have both a Twitter & Facebook Page! These can also be found on the top right of all of our pages (right next to the Subscribe -> RSS button). We would really appreciate a follow or Like.

The pages are still in the process of being filled in, but either of them will post updates when there are new posts. So if either of those services tickle your fancy, you know where to click.

We also have a new logo. I like it, but it could likely use some work. Any and all feedback on all or any of the above would be awesome.

Player VS Everything: Now A Com

As the title says, Player Vs Everything (PVSET) has moved over to it’s new domain, PlayerVSEverything.com . Please update your bookmarks. Older links and RSS feeds should automatically update as well. If anybody hits any bugs, please let up know.

We’ve been getting a decent number of visitors the past few weeks, and hopefully we can keep that ball rolling with our new domain. We have more content scheduled for the next few weeks including some game reviews and a few more guides. We’re also keeping our eyes and ears open for any topic opportunities that might come up. If you have any suggestions, we want to hear about it.

Keep your eyes peeled as well for a Facebook page either this week or next, and perhaps a twitter. We plan on expanding the site and adding a few features in near future so be sure to check back often. And be sure to tell your friends!

P.S. New posts with real content will be up tomorrow!

Player Versus

A name has been decided upon: Player Versus.

This will allow us to extend out ideas of WoW culture in a simple “PVX” (X being whatever we want to discuss) format. We have some plans. Examples:

Player VS Food (PVF): Discussion about food that players should and shouldn’t be eating while playing. This can be a great topic, and we’ll cover new foods ever week. Watch for some posts very soon.

Class VS (enemy/zone/challenge): A look at what does and doesn’t work for a certain class trying to do something. Such as leveling, or taking down a specific boss.

Stay Tuned, we’re working on getting more posts up in the very near future.

The Adventure Starts…

Welcome to I Wonder WoW… (name is work in progress), the newest World of Warcraft blog on the interweb-block. My name is Jeff, and I’ll be your host for the time being. In this blog, We’re going to tackle changes that come forward in World of Warcraft, classes, general discussion and for the most part; whatever I feel like writing about.

A bit of background about my in-game.
I’ve been playing WoW off and on for roughly 4 years. This puts me starting a little before TBC came out. That said, I’ve experienced vanilla, and all expansions so hope I can give a good view of things from everybody’s perspectives. (Yes, that was a joke).
I currently have 3 toons at max level: Survival Hunter (Eggos Azuremyst-US), Resto Druid (Rudder Azuremyst-US), and Prot Warrior (BadTank Azuremyst-US).
The Hunter has played both Alliance and Horde, on PVP and PVE servers, since I started. It’s been around to say the least, and I have the most experience with it. It is currently geared in T11 gear and is not an active raider.

The Druid was created shortly before the Cataclysm expansion and is currently a fixed member of the progression team for Nocturnal on Azuremyst-US (4/7 writing this). This character can be considered my current ‘main’ and I feel most comfortable discussing the Druid role this expansion.

The Prot Warrior was a (mostly) failed experiment. I’m simply bad at playing melee classes. It’s unlikely that this toon will get much attention outside of dailies for gold and using the professions.

I also play a few other toons. At the time of writing this, there is plans for a Mage and Priest to be max level by the end of the month. We’ll see out well that goes.

Anyway, that’s enough about me for now. Please feel free to enjoy the posts to come, and leave comments. We’re looking for as much feedback as you’re willing to give. Also, we welcome anybody who wants to contribute either as a one-time thing, or recurring. Feel free to express you interest in the contact form and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
Enjoy.
